Usage Data
If you visit our website, so-called usage data will be saved on our web server temporarily in form of protocols for statistical purposes to improve the quality of our website. This data consists of the

- Time and date of request,
- Data volume transferred,
- Access status (file transferred, file not found),
- Description of the type of browser used,
- IP address of the requesting computer shortened to prevent personal identification.
This so-called protocol data is always saved anonymously.
Possible Data Recipients
As part of contracted processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR, we will transmit your data to service providers who support us with the operation of our website and related processes. Our service providers are contractually subject to our directives. We use the following service providers: n@work web solutions GmbH.
Data transmissions to third parties in the sense of Art. 4(10) of the GDPR are not performed.

You may contact us through our web form. Use of our web form will require your name and your email address. You may, but are not required to submit additional information.
Information you provide to contact us will be used by us on the basis of Art. 6(1) Letter b of the GDPR or Art. 6(1) Letter f of the GDPR with the interest of responding to your inquiry as easily and quickly as possible and in a customer-friendly manner. Your data will only be processed to answer your inquiry and deleted after 10 years. Your data will not be provided to third parties.

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one the requirements in Art. 18 of the GDPR is fulfilled, e.g., if you objected to the processing for the duration of a verification.
4. Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR):
In the cases listed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmission of this data to a third party.
5. Right to Object (Art. 21 of the GDPR):
If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1) Letter f (data processing for the purposes of legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation. We will then cease the processing of your personal data, except if the reasons for the processing override your interests, rights and freedoms or if processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
6. Right to Submit Complaints to Supervisory Authorities
Under Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to submit complaints to supervisory authorities if you believe that the processing of the personal data concerning you infringes on legal data protection regulations. This right to submit a complaint may especially be exercised towards a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence or workplace or of the place of the alleged infringement.
